Job Scope:
1. Inspection of HT & LV board component
2. Testing & inspection of Fire fighting Record HT & LV load (3 times a day)
3. System (Clean agent & control terminal)
4. Inspection of AHU & cooling tower system
5. Electrical system fault troubleshooting
6. Assist technician to perform preventive & corrective work
7. Provide quick remedial action towards resolution
8. Verified installation material by contractor & vendor
9. Analyst corrective report provide by technician
10. Assist site supervising engineer
11. Monitor repair or installation work by vendor
12. Attending breakdown (Trouble Ticket)
13. Earthing testing and calibration
14. Performing weekly meeting with technician to follow outstanding operational issue
15. Inspection UPS system
16. Inspection Rectfier system
17. Answering call center (NOC)
18. Overseeing and managing the regional Data Center and Exchange building to according
to provided SLA19. Ensure below item operate at optimum and cost-effective levels
(i) electrical system
(ii) mechanical system
(iii) Civil
(iv) Sewerages
(v) Security & housekeeping

20. Monitor direct subordinate, productivity, re-organized worker distribution from time to
time or based on working efficiency, skills and work load.

21. Performing weekly meeting - progress update, team performance, follow up on
outstanding issue, servicing, preventive maintenance progress and building health
check condition

22. Provide strategic improvement plan to reduce power consumption & utility bills

23. Verified permit to work (PTW)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
