**Job Requirements**
- **5.5 days work arrangement** (8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday
- Saturday).
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.**:

- Facility management and team leadership experience is a must.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Liaise with TNB, DOSH, JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other regulatory bodies on approvals, registration/ certifications, utility services and compliance issues, ensuring statutory compliance to applicable laws.
- To carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections, repair, corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on all switchboards, circuit breakers, transformers, switch gears and cleanliness of all High Voltage, Low Voltage, generator rooms, cold room and etc.
- To ensure all mechanical and electrical installation and services (elevators, BAS, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System, Lighting etc) and maintenance are safe, correct, legal and in compliance with the authorities.
- To supervise and ensure all scheduled services are in operation accordingly or in compliance with instructions issued by the Building Manager or authorized/ assigned officers of the Company.
- To supervise and ensure appointed maintenance contractors carry out their works satisfactorily in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service & maintenance standards for mechanical and electrical services such as chiller systems, cooling towers, pump motors and air handling units (AHUs) etc.
- To manage and ensure all activities are in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports including reports required by TNB, DOSH, JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other regulatory bodies as and when needed.
- Effectively present information and reports to the management. Manage, execute and perform any and all instructions from the management, senior management and Board of Directors from time to time.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
