**Job Description**:
**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our high performing team in Center Of Excellence (COE) in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

As the Operations Excellence Manager, you will:

- Ensures process excellence and performance improvements through structured and logical approach.
- Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders in CoE support / operations team from Agent level to Head of CoE for Improvement and implementation.
- Ensures alignment / management of project portfolio and initiatives within CoE
- Ensure successful completion and tracking of strategic Global improvement initiatives.
- Productivity - Able to optimize FTEs in processes through identification of opportunity areas through process reengineering /automation. Establish governance / tacking mechanism for the same.
- Lead / Drive / Onboard tasks in CoE - Coordination with CT on onboarding tasks, vol/ FTE calculations, Support SOP coordination / review, Soft Go Live.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): Exposure to Six Sigma, Quality Tools / Techniques
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels within the organization.
- Strong on Data Analysis
