Collection Executive

**Job Title**: Revenue & Collection Coordinator
**Location**: 1st Avenue, Bandar Utama
**Work Mode**: Contract (Renewable)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain reliable, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Effectively negotiate with customers to ensure timely repayment of loans.
- Provide customers with up-to-date information regarding their outstanding debt and available repayment channels.
- Follow up with customers who fail to meet their repayment commitments.
- Establish repayment schedules based on the customer’s financial situation, ensuring feasible repayment plans.
- Achieve KPIs set by Collection Managers to meet organizational objectives.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to delinquent clients, adhering to industry best practices.
**Required Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to facilitate successful debt recovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and highly meticulous in managing tasks.
- Proven experience in a Collection Specialist or similar role is an advantage.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: RM 2,200 - RM 2,500 + Incentives (up to RM 1,000 - RM 3,000+ based on performance)
