**Job Title: Collections Officer (Mandarin Speaker Only)**
**Location**: Petaling Jaya
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
**Language Requirement**: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact and follow up with customers to secure payment arrangements.
- Execute appropriate collections actions such as legal proceedings, restructuring plans, or settlements to recover debts and minimize credit losses.
- Collaborate with product teams and business units to align collection activities across the bank.
- Meet team productivity standards and achieve individual KPIs.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by your reporting manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, or at least 1 year in customer service or sales.
- Familiar with banking products and internal processes.
- Strong understanding of digital banking technologies.
- Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills in Mandarin.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
