Manage the customer service team, typically stationed at front desks/reception areas, across two shifts: morning and afternoon.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address post-treatment concerns with compassion and attentiveness.
- **Appointment Management**: Collaborate with the team to schedule appointments, respecting customer preferences and ensuring seamless coordination.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on services, treatments, and promotional offers to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- **Emotional Support**: Offer kindness and understanding to provide emotional support to customers, especially during moments of vulnerability or hesitation.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolutions that make them feel valued and heard.
- **Patient Intake and Registration**: Accurately collect and enter patient information into the clinic's system, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are completed and organized.
- **Patient Care and Support**: Assist patients during their visits by creating a warm and welcoming environment, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure systems are in place to monitor compliance with CQC standards.
- Provide “on-call” support to teams as required by the company.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of operations.
- Be available to take calls and respond to customer inquiries from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and message inquiries effectively.
- Be available to respond to customer inquiries during public holidays and off days as per company policy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the customer service field or industry.
- Proven ability to lead a team of customer service executives.
- Perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Capable of working independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, agile team.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
