Cheras, Malaysia Signature Market Full time

Carry out all purchasing duties for food materials, packaging materials and others.
- To negotiate terms, quality and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
- Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
- Manage /maintain stock policies & materials.
- Prepare materials analysis; integrating supply demand views, customer forecast, inventory positions, new products launches, and change of model.
- To determine right level of raw materials requirement. Drive solutions and escalate for support where necessary.
- Follow up on outstanding open orders not meeting targeted material supply plans.
- Provide value added ideas and processes to complete task more efficiently.
- Prepare and ensure accurately and timely delivery of weekly & monthly reports.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to read and write English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
- Willing to learn.
- Strong prioritising skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Malaysian only.
