Responsibility:

- To manage day to day operations to ensure drivers and vehicles are available to deliver customer’s products and safely in accordance with the company’s policies and client’s requirements including the correct input into Fleet system.
- Coordinate and direct the logistic operations of the logistic tracking within TMS including automated record-keeping and billing functions; oversee and assure proper input of related data including cost per vehicle and invoice information.
- Coordinate with logistic planning to optimize order and vehicle scheduling thru reporting on vehicle efficiency and fleet utilization via GPS & UNIS System.
- Attend to customer’s inquires and raise incident report to investigation.
- Conduct daily toolbox briefing to all drivers before the journey.
- Ensure drivers complete follow the schedule and procedures before and after the journey.
- Receive and prepare operations work orders documentations.
- Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) documents are completed when receive from driver.
- Performs any duties as assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in warehousing/ logistic/ supply chain or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently & work as a team, initiative and hardworking.
- Flexibility to commit to longer working hours including Sunday and Public Holiday if required.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Good at problem solving and multi-tasking and able to interact with people from all levels, internal and external.
- Computer literate and MS Office competent.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
