**Job Scope**:
- Data entry and update records in internal system and databases.
- Prepare,photocopy,scan and file documents as required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital document.
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
**Required skills&Qualifications**:
**-Experience**:Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
**-Education**:SPM/Diploma required or releveant certifivation is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
