**Responsibilities**
- Handle daily operations of e-Commerce marketplace.
- Monitor stock movements and update list of products if necessary.
- Establish and work closely with marketplace Key Account person on Joint Business.
- Coordinate and manage product details for e-Commerce platforms and livestreams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Manage technical aspects such as pinning product, change the price and coordinating interactions.
- Read and analyze backend data to insights into the performance of livestreams.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as informed by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Business/E-Commerce/Digital Marketing or any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in managing e-Commerce platforms would be advantageous.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Troubleshooting skills to quickly address technical issues during live.
- Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- The capacity to handle unexpected challenges and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure a smooth livestream experience.
- Task and detail-oriented person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
