**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior IT Support Engineer / Team Lead** to join our growing team. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, delivering exceptional technical support, and consulting with clients to implement effective IT solutions that drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Manage and maintain customer records, software licenses, renewals, and maintenance contracts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues (Level 2/3 support).
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints.
- Deliver support for IP PBX and Unified Communication systems (e.g., 3CX, MS Teams Yeastar, Yealink).
- Participate in and lead ad-hoc IT projects as assigned by management.
- Stay current with industry trends and receive ongoing training on technologies such as Microsoft, HP, Cisco, SonicWall, Logitech, and cloud/on-prem IPPBX systems.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls, and IP telephony systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are an added advantage.
