Location: Pulau Indah

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee technical support activities including product improvement initiatives and incident handling
  • Supervise a team of Technical Support Engineer to ensure timely resolve issues and continuous improvement
  • Handle cross-functional communication and reporting to senior management on technical performance and project outcome
  • Manage and prioritize technical projects including incident root cause analysis and implementation of effectiveness of corrective action.
  • Ensure documentation of technical procedures, analysis reports and strategic recommendations for product development and improvement
  • Train and mentor team members to build technical expertise and improve problem-solving capabilities
  • Review metrics and reports and provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvement
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in Engineering major in Mechanical, Automation or Production.
  • 5+ years of working experience, preferably with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills are essential.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to handle China suppliers and customers.
  • Willingness to work at Pulau Indah.
