**Supervisor P2P**

As a supervisor of the Procure to Pay department within the Internal Finance function you will relentlessly drive process improvements, automation, efficiency and transparency within the End to End flow.

The to-be P2P process consists of the following sub processes:

- Vendor master data management including relevant internal control measures
- Invoice processing - purchase invoices internal and external
- Expense reports processing
- Payment processing
- Bank processing
- Cash management procedures in accordance to the global Standard Operating Procedures
- P2P month-end closing reconciliation tasks

In this role you will be responsible for various APAC countries, and markets in ensuring that the standard processes are implemented and work effectively. This includes be part of the digitalization journey including workflow management - Enate, and MSFT D365 Finance & Operations.

**Key items of the role**:

- The Supervisor is a direct report to the Regional CFO APAC
- Set up and coach the P2P team to efficiently align and be responsible for organising and managing the work tasks, the performance reviews and development plans of team members
- Ensure that there is an end-to-end responsibility for the P2P team across the countries, markets and region from a teaming, process and technology perspective
- Implement and monitors internal control measures which are relevant for the P2P process
- Work together with the 15 countries to efficiently receive their invoices and cost recharges, and eventually meet the agreed deadlines.
- Over 8 years’ experience in an internal environment within Finance, and or similar role
- Pragmatic, hands on and willing to drive for continuous improvement
- Process mindset
- Eye for detail
- Good managerial and leadership skills
