- Team Management: Leading and managing warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensuring that safety protocols are followed and providing guidance on proper handling and storage of goods.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that goods are stored, handled, and shipped in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This may involve conducting regular inspections, implementing quality assurance processes, and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems. Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and repaired to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Generating reports on key performance indicators such as inventory levels, order fulfilment rates, and warehouse productivity.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to streamline warehouse operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. This may involve implementing new technologies, optimizing workflows, and conducting regular performance reviews.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
