**Responsibilities**:

- To oversee and manage the warhouse operations and to ensure warehouse operations is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist to plan and control of over all activities in the warehouse.
- TO ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- To motivating and disciplining staff
- To keep a check on staff attendance, absenteeism and overtime as well.
- To fulfil other departments, request and immediate resolve if complaint raise.
- To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- Handling the expiring of stock, damanging, and disposal procedures in accordance with statutory guidelines.
- Check & confirm the quantity & condition goods return from customer.
- The maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse (5S)/
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager / management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree / equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant warehouse working experience.
- Strong team player with high degree of commitment, well organizes and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Forklift Driving Skills
- Knowledge and understand warehouse management and computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Able to work 6 days a week

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
