Warehouse Planning & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Planning & Management

  • Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations.
  • Support production and process flow planning for warehouse activities.
  • Manage stock forwarding via sea, air, and ground transport.
  • Train and guide warehouse staff on SKU handling, picking, packing, and general operations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound product planning with warehouse teams.
  • Resolve daily operational issues effectively.

Warehouse Execution

  • Oversee logistics for inbound and outbound stock movements.
  • Manage rack planning, labelling, transportation, vendor, and manpower arrangements.
  • Supervise stock receiving, checking, storage, and inventory recording.
  • Ensure product quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment and oversee daily warehouse workflows.
  • Participate in picking, packing, and loading tasks when needed.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product returns.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews with the team.

Warehouse Logistics

  • Manage end-to-end logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and partners for smooth operations.
  • Oversee driver scheduling, performance, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Optimize fleet usage, fuel, and maintenance costs.
  • Investigate missing parcels and handle claims or refunds.

Warehouse Safety

  • Enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain warehouse cleanliness and order.
  • Implement emergency response plans for accidents, injuries, or fires.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and report security incidents.

Team Supervision & Training

  • Lead and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff.
  • Provide training on warehouse processes, safety, and WMS usage.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain accurate stock and product reports (location, ID, quantity, condition, balance, returns, etc.).
  • Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management or clients.
  • Generate insurance, claim, and fleet maintenance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
