IT Technical Executive

**1. Networking**:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Wi-Fi networks. Troubleshooting network-related issues and ensuring optimal performance, security, and connectivity will be part of your duties. Gain a solid understanding of basic VPN peer-to-peer connectivity, including configuring VPN connections, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring secure and encrypted communication channels between remote locations or individual users.

**2. Telecommunications**:You'll be supporting our PBX system and related telecommunication infrastructure. This includes simple technical settings and configurations. Vendor liaison is required when necessary.

**3. IT Technical Expertise**:
Your expertise in various IT technologies will be invaluable. You should have an in-depth knowledge of NAS storage, configuring simple firewalls, and familiarity with cloud products and services. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluating their potential benefits for our organization will be expected.

**4. Software Management**:
You'll be the go-to person for managing both Windows and Mac operating systems. Linux is a plus. This includes software licensing, installation, and troubleshooting. Your role will also involve providing support and guidance to our users to ensure efficient software utilization.

**5. Accounting System Support**:
You should be proficient in supporting the Autocount & SQL accounting system. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and security.

**6. CCTV and POS System Administration**:
Managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our CCTV and POS systems will fall under your purview. You'll also be responsible for planning and setting up POS sales promotions and ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.

**7. Digital Transformation**:
Driving our organization's digital transformation initiatives will be a critical aspect of your role. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing technological solutions to streamline our processes and enhance efficiency.

**8. Web Design and Content Management**:
Utilizing your web design skills, you'll be responsible for designing and managing multiple websites using WordPress and Latest website Builder. You'll need to ensure visually appealing designs, functional websites, and responsive layouts.

**9. DNS Server Controls and Hosting Management**:
Your expertise will be required in maintaining and managing DNS servers, including CPanel configuration and troubleshooting. You'll also oversee our hosting services and nameserver management.

**10. SEO and Digital Ads Technical Setup**:
Implementing technical aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) setup and settings including digital advertising campaigns will be part of your responsibilities. This will involve optimizing website performance, conducting keyword research, and setting up effective ad placements.

**11. Research and Development**:
Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies will be crucial. Conducting research and evaluating new technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity will be an important part of your role.

**12. IT Budget Management**:
You'll collaborate with relevant stakeholders to Identifying opportunities for cost savings while aligning IT operations and production with the company's goals will be a key responsibility.

**13. Vendor Liaison**:
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors for sourcing IT equipment and supplies will be essential. You'll also be responsible for negotiating contracts (if applicable) and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

**14. Data Analysis**:
Your proficiency in utilizing advanced formulas and techniques in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization will be valuable specifically for Account & Ecommerce or any other related department seeking for asistant.

**15. Data Retention Backup / Restore.**

**Implementing data backup and recovery solutions**: This includes selecting the appropriate backup media, software, and hardware; developing backup and recovery plans; and testing these plans to ensure they are effective.

**Managing and monitoring backup and recovery systems**: This includes ensuring that backups are being performed on a regular basis; monitoring the performance of backup and recovery systems; and troubleshooting any problems that may occur.

**Providing support to end users**: This includes helping users to restore data that has been lost or corrupted;
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructures and Cloud systems.
- Strong knowledge of basic networking concepts, telecommunications, and IT technical expertise.
