Assistant Restaurant Manager (Halal Fast Food Restaurant in Singapore)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines.
- Always delivering high-quality food and beverage products.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints.
- Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
- Generating sales and meeting targets through proper execution of marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and retain team members.
- Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations.
- Responsible for inventories and stock-taking activities.
- Regularly inspect equipment to ensure they are maintained well and in good working order.
- Comply with F&B safety, hygiene & Halal policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field
- Physically fit
- Min 2 years' experience is required in managing restaurant
- Must positive cheerful and positive attitude
- Team Player
- Good English communication skills and leadership skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion in the Food & Beverage Industry is highly advantageous.
- Location in Islandwide
- 6 days work; 10 hours not include break time
- 2 shift (rotating shift)
- Yes for bonus and AWS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
