**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager (Head of Floor Operations) to oversee the daily operations of our new Modern Mediterranean restaurant in KLCC. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while reporting to the Working Director and Group Operations GM.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee daily floor operations for café, dining room, and events.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to deliver smooth operations.
- Monitor quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling, staff performance, and discipline when necessary.
- Support management in implementing new concepts and special events.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role (restaurant, hotel, or F&B operations).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
