Restaurant Manager

As Restaurant Manager for a Mediterranean restaurant, you will be overseeing Nizza, Pool Bar and Cigar Lounge. Your role would be multifaceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage all aspects of the business and create a positive dining experience for guests.
- **Operations Management**:

- _Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations._

- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- _Recruiting, hiring, and training restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders._

- **Customer Service**:

- _Ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner._
- _Monitoring dining room ambiance and ensuring that it aligns with the restaurant's brand and target demographic._
- **Financial Management**:

- _Monitoring and managing the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization._
