**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative at our dental clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and supporting daily front-desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle patient registration and assist with form completion.
- Provide basic information about dental procedures, services, and pricing.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to coordinate patient care.
- Address patient concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in administration or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and experience with dental or medical software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft, etc.) is preferred.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
