Create and maintain accurate, engaging product listings across all online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website), including detailed descriptions, high-resolution images, and effective keyword usage.
- Optimize product content to improve search visibility and conversion performance across marketplaces.
- Plan, create, and manage promotional campaigns such as vouchers, discounts, and flash sales.
- Monitor sales performance across different platforms and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly, including during weekends (on a scheduled rotation basis with incentives provided).
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction and positive store ratings.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely updates across all sales channels to reflect accurate stock status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Prevent out-of-stock situations through proactive planning and platform-level updates.
- Conduct regular market surveys and analyze competitor activity to identify new trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present profit and loss reports to management, providing insights and performance reviews for further optimization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee, Lazada, and online store management.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with basic data analysis tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
