- Oversees the process of online order fulfillment
- Coordinate and manage shipments
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
- Prepare and manage documentation including quotations and invoices
- Provide backend administrative support for operations sales and marketing teams
- Liaise with internal and external parties on administrative matters
- Ensure office supplies are maintained for departments
- Record customer interactions process accounts and file documents
