**Department Overview**: Global ODM Procurement
**We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinking experienced Procurement Manager to manage our relationships with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) suppliers.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for ODM suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality team, to align procurement strategies with company goals.
- Conduct regular supplier review, monitor supplier performance through regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Responsible for creating, negotiating, completing, and governing all contracts
- Foster strong relationships with ODM suppliers, overall suppliers governance and management, including supplier relationships ownership.
- Lead on-going drive for cost improvement and annual cost reduction
- Reviewing and analyzing procurement reports

**Basic Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated
- Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang in hybrid mode.
