**行政人员 / 财务人员 (Admin Officer / Accounts Clerk)**

**岗位职责**:
1、协助和支持整个行政/运营部门

2、协助办公室管理事宜,即
- 办公用品, 文具
- 办公室维护
- 为员工申请工作许可证
- 安排工作人员的住宿/交通

3、协助日常会计工作,备案,数据录入和维护所有数据是最新的

4、负责与其他部门的协调工作, 做好信息的上传下达

5、执行经理分配的任何其他管理任务

**岗位要求**:
1、初中以上学历

2、对中文理解能力强 (读, 写, 听)

3、熟练使用办公软件(word,excel 等)

4、掌握电脑的基本操作

5、工作认真, 良好的团队合作精神

6、为人和善, 团结, 态度端正, 有耐心, 细心

**岗位薪资**:
1、第1-2个月 人民币 8,000(试用期)

2、第3个月 人民币 8,500

3、第4个月 人民币 9,000

4、第5个月 人民币 9,500

5、第6个月 人民币 10,000

6、第7-9个月 人民币 11,000

7、第10-12个月 人民币 12,000

**岗位假期**:
1、每个星期日为带薪休息日,未休息的给予补贴单月一天的工资

2、入职半年即可享有 15 天带薪回国探亲假期(公司报销往返机票),半年不休假第七个月开始 每月补贴 人民币1000
