Verify that employees adhere to all store policies and operating guidelines.
- Keep a close eye on the following operating details.
- Daily inspection of raw materials to make sure there is always an adequate supply.
- Always maintain the highest level of tidiness and hygiene both inside and outside the counter.
- Verify that cash is accurately received and deposited each day.
- Ensure that the daily sales close is accurate, and always report to the Headquarters.
- Respond to every issue that arises at the outlet, including consumer complaints and concerns involving mall management and staff.
- Be sure to compile and submit all reports as needed to HQ on time.
- Regularly update superior on all concerns at the outlet, including operational and staff issues.
- Be present at the outlet on Public Holidays and Weekends (particularly when there is a scarcity of manpower).
- Always willing to help other outlets with any operational problems as needed by management.
- To take on all tasks and responsibilities assigned with dedication and responsibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
