**Position Title**: Outlet Supervisor for Ayam Pak Sheikh George Town
**Department**: Operations - Restaurant Outlet
**Reporting to**: Outlet Manager / Area Manager

**Job Purpose**

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, adherence to company standards, and achievement of sales and operational targets. The role requires strong leadership to manage the outlet team and support the Outlet Manager in driving performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operations & Standards_
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth opening, shift handover, and closing procedures.
- Monitor food preparation, product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Team Management_
- Lead, motivate, and support outlet staff to achieve performance and service standards.
- Conduct shift briefings, delegate tasks, and monitor staff productivity.
- Assist in training new staff and upskilling existing team members.
- Customer Service _
- Ensure high standards of service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints effectively.
- Create a positive dining experience to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Performance _
- Support outlet manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling initiatives among staff.
- Monitor sales reports and suggest improvements in operations or promotions.
- Administration & Reporting_
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily shift rosters.
- Oversee cash handling, petty cash, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to Outlet Manager.
- Inventory & Stock Control_
- Monitor stock levels, usage, and wastage, ensuring timely requisition of supplies.
- Assist in monthly stock-taking and loss prevention.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality / F&B Management is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B or fast-food/restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
