Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Management: Manage day-to-day activities including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing documents. Coordinate and maintain the executive's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for both business and work-related trips, ensuring all travel are efficiently planned and executed, and contingency plans for changes or cancellations.
- Task Management and Document Preparation: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Calm Under Pressure: The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure is often necessary, especially when dealing with high-stakes situations or a busy workload.

**Requirements**:

- Have experience as Personal Assistant more than 5years.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
