**The role**:
We are continuously looking for experts in Professional Development Program to become part of our pool of instructors. By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge with others, develop your mentorship and teaching skills, and build your personal brand. Our instructors come from various backgrounds including full-time working professionals, freelancers and academics. What they share in common is a passion for sharing their knowledge and industry insights to build talent. If you are selected to become part of our instructor pool, you will automatically be considered for instructor roles whenever relevant teaching opportunities arise. In general, we offer both online and onsite learning. Our classes are 2-3 hours depending on the plan scheduled.

Key Responsibilities and Knowledge Required:

- Responsible for preparing detailed lesson design, by incorporating lesson journey, delivery plan, preparing for classroom culture plan and Learning engagement plan. E.g. Hybrid, Virtual and Physical.
- Responsible for Pre - Program Setup, Programme Delivery and Post Programme
- Adjusting the content materials based on an understanding of learner demographics and including relevant use cases
- Able to guide learners during pre-work.
- Instruct learners on topics ranging from Persistence, Communication, Adaptability, Career Compass, Job Application Process, CV/Resume Development, Linkedin Development, Personal Branding & Networking, Interview Strategies, Growth Mindset, Proactiveness, Stress Management, Workplace Relationship Building, Portfolio & Cover Letter Development
- Review and provide feedback on assessments and classwork
- Provide insights into life in the industry

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Lead Instructor - Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Professional Development Program either in academia or industry
- Teaching Assistant - Less than 5 years of work experience in the industry and/or a relevant degree qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
- HRD Corp Train the Trainer Certified (preferably)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: RM80.00 - RM250.00 per hour
