**Position: Riding Instructor and Equestrian Operations Manager**

We care seeking a professional Riding Instructor who is passionate about horses and skilled in both riding instruction and equestrian facility operations management?

**Position Overview**:
As the Riding Instructor and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm while providing expert instruction and training to the riders. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a proven background in both riding instruction and equestrian facility management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct riding lessons and training sessions for riders of all levels.

Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual riders.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the ranch, including feeding, grooming, and veterinary care.

Oversee facility maintenance and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises.

Supervise farm staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate with other departments to organise events, competitions, and other activities.

Uphold high standards of horsemanship, safety, and animal welfare at all times.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a riding instructor and trainer, with a strong background in various disciplines.

Previous experience in equestrian facilities' management,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with riders, staff, and management.

Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Passion for horses and a commitment to their welfare and well-being.
