Pilates Instructor

Key Responsibilities

This role includes, but is not limited to:

- **Conduct fitness evaluations using Visbody, orientation sessions, dynamic stretching, and one-on-one personal training when required.**:

- Design and implement safe, customized, and progressive Pilates programs tailored to individual client goals.
- **Lead private, duet, and group Pilates sessions (up to 8 people) using a variety of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, etc.).**:

- Deliver EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training sessions — including suiting up, movement coaching, posture correction, and ensure client’s safety **Perform initial client consultations, including assessments and goal-setting sessions.**:

- Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to grow and retain a client base, utilizing internal leads and studio resources.
- **Maintain accurate records of client progress, attendance, and each session's training quality.**:

- Ensure studio and equipment cleanliness and uphold high standards of presentation.
- **Offer exceptional customer service and provide a motivating, results-driven environment.**:

- Participate in ongoing internal training, workshops, and instructor development sessions.
- **Able to work non-traditional hours and adapt based on business needs, including operating hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays) and client demand**

Qualification;
- Completion of Reformer Pilates certification or certification on all Pilates apparatus (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze, Chair, and Barrels).
- Eligible for opportunities to start at a higher Tier level based on certification and experience (if certified in all apparatus listed above).
- Valid copy of Pilates certification(s) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client results and retention.
- Passion for health, movement, and holistic well-being.

Essential Physical Requirements;
- Ability to safely demonstrate and adjust Pilates exercises.
- Regular movements such as standing, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling during sessions.
- Ability to physically spot clients and correct posture with care.

Remuneration;
- Part-Time: Class Commission Rate (Fixed)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
