**Requirements**:

- Malaysian Female only
- Fluent in both written and spoken **English**& **Bahasa Malaysia**with **Mandarin** being an added advantage.
- **5.5 working days a week** (able to work on **weekends** and selected public holidays)
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, scheduling software).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Cooperative, and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients.
- Proactive, friendly and empathetic with a patient-focused mindset.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist all patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage phone calls and promptly reply to all incoming inquiries on our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and etc)
- Provide information about our services and products.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Register, schedule, and follow up on appointments for new and existing patients.
- Process billing and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of products and related documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists and the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
