**Responsibilities**
- Facilitating the smooth integration of new employees into the organization and providing them with the necessary information and resources.
- Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administering employee compensation, benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, and ensuring adherence to them.
- Staying up to date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance, and handling legal issues related to employment.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and generating reports as needed.
- Managing employee benefits programs, such as leave policies.
- Conducting exit interviews, managing employee separations, and ensuring smooth offboarding proc_esses._
- Promoting a safe and healthy work environment, implementing workplace safety measures, and coordinating wellness programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in human resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments in HR.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- **Monday to Friday (8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.)**:

- **Saturday (8.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.)**

**Experience**:

- Human Resources field (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Language**:

- Malay (required)
- English (required)
