Responsibility:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that DXN Cyberville comply with regulatory requirement issued by Energy Commission, DOSH, Bomba, Local Council and other regulators.
2. To undertake troubleshooting and basic repair maintenance works for overall building system (electrical/mechanical/civil).
3. To liaise, engaged and supervise specialist contractors/service providers performing necessary corrective and reactive maintenance works.
4. To ensure that DXN Cyberville By-Law are observed by all staffs, clients, visitors, contractors, service providers, utility providers (SYABAS, TNB, POS Malaysia, TM and courier services) and others.
5. To supervise works undertaken by Service Providers in accordance with the contracts.
6. To ensure all technical aspect, methodology of works and proper care of the assets with regards to landscape and housekeeping are applied.
7. To inspect and ensure all switch room, genset room, ELV room, Pump Room, and other critical rooms/risers are in order.
8. To coordinate and work closely with technical team/technician to complete defect findings during Defect Liability Period (DLP).
9. To ensure that facilities are used appropriately.
10. To take action against any reports/complaint/request/incident.
11. To attend meetings and preparing reports.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To complete ad - hoc task as and when instructed.
2. To assist Building Manager to complete other relevant management task.
3. Others - as assign by Building Manager.

Requirement:
Qualification or Educational Requirements:
1. Minimum Degree in any field/ Certificate in Electrical.
2. At least 4 years of working experiences in the related field (Facility/Property Management and Maintenance).
3. Applicants must be willing to work overtime / Sunday / Public Holidays.
