**Job Summary**-
**Role Responsibilities**:

- To achieve **assigned targets** as an Business Development Manager, Business Banking, focus on proactively marketing and originating Business Instalment Loan and Guarantee Instalment Loan products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure **strict adherence** to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of Business Instalment Loan and Guarantee Instalment Loan products.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Proactivity**: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
