Overall, in charge of project delivery;
- Plan and recruit necessary personnel to build the Project and Construction team;
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field to ensure quality construction whilst meeting budget and time;
- Work closely with the clerk of work/site supervisor/ the team to ensure smooth construction progress;
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements;
- Track project costs in order to meet budget;
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work execution plan;
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;
- Regularly liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and technology providers to ensure all designs and plans are accurately executed on-site;
- Liaise with internal team to ensure timely payment of all contractors and consultants;
- Lead and coach internal team, including any succession plan;
- Any other related tasks as deemed necessary by the CEO.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in Project Management with at least 2 years executing turnkey of Solar farm projects;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarins. - Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively;
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
- Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
- Good knowledge in local safety and quality standards is mandatory;
- A resourceful individual with good organization and time management skills;
- Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers;
- A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and able to manage pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
