What you'll be doing?
  • Monitor progress: Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Report updates: Communicate site progress and issues to the project director.
  • Coordinate plans: Prepare and update project execution plans regularly.
  • Solve on-site issues: Address and resolve any challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Handle submissions: Ensure timely submission of drawings and materials.
  • Collaborate with contracts: Work with the contract department to secure timely and budget-compliant contracts.
  • Lead teams: Guide engineers and site supervisors effectively.
  • Prepare costing: Develop and manage project budgets.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: At least 5 years in project management, preferably in construction or data center projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with construction software and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Education: A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
