About the role

As a Construction Manager at Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd, you will need to ensure that the primary objectives and standards of a project are met at a construction site. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and review contracts thoroughly to ensure that everything is aligned with the client's expectations and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and laborers.
  • Executing and managing a project's budget, timeline, and quality from initial planning until its completion.
  • Planning and monitor site progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on the status of projects to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage the efficient allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labour

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in managing new-construction and remodeling projects
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
