About the role

As a Site Supervisor at Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel on the construction site
  • Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on the status of projects to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage the efficient allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labour

What we're looking for

  • Experienced in water pipeline is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
