About the role

Solara Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering projects, contributing to the overall objectives and growth of the company. What you'll be doing

  • Conducts detailed site survey report and able to implement appropriate OSP Standards such as Aerial, underground, and FTTx constructions
  • Plan, monitor project progress, and conduct daily site supervision
  • Manage and track daily output of the team as required for their day-to-day deliverables
  • Assisting documentation team on preparation of documents such as handover docs, technical proposals, as built documents, project timeline, and other required documents before & after the project implementation
  • Attending and managing client meetings

  • Attending joint site visits with local council, authorities and clients

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering standards
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying technical drawings, specifications, and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
