Overview:
As a Special Projects Manager, you will lead and oversee critical initiatives and projects that are strategically important to the UNITAR Education Group. Your role is to plan, execute, and deliver these projects successfully, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes. This multifaceted position requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including departments like marketing, operations, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct administrative duties including organize, file, and maintain all project documents, scheduling of meetings, etc
- Perform other duties assigned by the CEO, COO and/or Senior Manager of Business Planning

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or special projects with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion
- Knowledgeable of the higher education and corporate training industries will be an advantage
- Ability to think strategically, align projects with organizational goals, and make decisions that contribute to overall business success
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage projects across various industries and domains
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other project management software
