**What does the role involve?**:
You will report to the Global Head of Cyber Defense. From our office in Kuala Lumpur, you will manage project-related activities leading to new security capabilities, processes, technical solutions, and enhancement of existing core security services. You will interact with and across Cyber Security pillars, Senior Management, Finance & Controlling, Architecture and other internal stakeholders (e.g. product owners, engineers, security specialists) as well as vendors and supplier relevant for your project. Your project portfolio includes Cyber Defense, i.e. SOC, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence.
You will prepare, moderate and document project steering committee meetings thoroughly. You are responsible for the project budget, financial forecasting, resourcing, staffing and final for on-time delivery of the desired project results according to plan. You will work in a truly global and international team with colleagues that will support you and guide you.

Must Have
- BSc degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering or a related technical discipline related to information security, or computer network defense.
- 3+ years’ proven project management experience, including project planning and delivery, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting to steering committees at senior management level.
- Experience in leading international and virtual.
- Experience in Agile/Lean way of working.
- Prince2 or IPMA or PMI or any other relevant program/project management certification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well balanced, adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms to Senior management and security specialists.
- Fluent in English (verbally and written).
