**Position Summary**:

- We are seeking a highly creative and skilled **Videographer / Video Editor** to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's visual storytelling by creating both short-form and long-form video content. Your work will support **16PERCENT skincare** and **Nazirin Skin Clinic (NSC)** in delivering captivating narratives that engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and increase customer loyalty. **Responsibility / Job Description**:

- Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing team.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content to promote skincare products and clinic services on various digital platforms, including **Instagram**, **TikTok**, **YouTube**, **Facebook**, and **LinkedIn**.
- Create both **short-form** (reels, TikToks, stories) and **long-form** video content (tutorials, interviews, testimonials) tailored to brand needs.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand identity and enhances customer engagement.
- Conceptualize video strategies for social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, working in tandem with content creators, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and influencers.
- Edit and finalize video projects using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, ensuring high production quality.
- Handle video shoots in the clinic or on-location, setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment as needed.
- Stay updated on video and social media trends, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve video content strategy.
- Maintain organized archives of raw footage and completed videos.
- Work with graphic designers to integrate video content with overall marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Film Production**, **Multimedia**, **Communication**, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing, and content creation, especially for social media platforms.
- Language: Fluent in **English** and **Bahasa Melayu**. Proficiency in **Mandarin** is a plus.
- Proficiency in video production software, including **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, and **After Effects**.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound production.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to tell engaging stories through video content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant video production work, ideally in the beauty or healthcare industry, is highly desired.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
