Accountable for all content creation to drive traffic, engagement, leads, retention, that align with business objectives.
- Actively lead and manage the production of content for video, social media, livestream and article.
- Own the day-to-day management (including creating posts/captions, managing marketing assets, creating post-campaign reports and analysis) of key online communities.
- Create, rewrite and edit engaging and SEO purpose content for the company's news portal
- This role requires a mindset of a brand publisher; to create content our audience resonate with in order to optimize conversion.
- Develop editorial governance to ensure content is consistent with SEAGM voice, style and tone.
- Develop and manage content calendar and organization workflows.
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including FB, IG, YouTube, Tiktok and etc. Understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
- Perform measurement and optimization of the program on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Manage all creative resources including designers, editor, and cross-department personnel.
- Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 3 - 4 years in the related field.
- Diploma/Degree in the related field.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge on social media, videography, video editing and SEO writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Proven ability to meet deadline.
- Project management skills.
- Attention to details.
- Strong creative.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good understanding in content research, SEO optimization, content categorization and structure, distribution and measurement.
- Good cultural awareness and understanding of how to thoughtfully engage with a diverse array of people and perspectives.
- Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast paced, and multicultural environment.
