As a creative force in the marketing team, you'll bring ideas to life through visuals, videos, and content that connects with our audience.

Day-to-Day Role:
  • Designing Visual Content – Posters, social media posts, banners, eDMs, and in-house branding
  • Filming & Editing Videos – Capturing treatment footage, client testimonials, doctor profiles, and event highlights
  • Content Planning – Working with the marketing team on campaign themes and visual storytelling
  • Social Media Support – Creating engaging Reels, stories, and motion graphics

  • Managing Chinese Social Media (e.g. XiaoHongShu/XHS) –

  • Planning and posting Mandarin content tailored for Chinese-speaking audiences

  • Editing videos to fit XHS trends and aesthetics
  • Engaging with followers, and growing reach organically
  • Photo & Video Shoots – Styling, directing, and shooting clinic visuals and promotional content
  • Editing & Post-Production – Color grading, sound design, and visual effects for high-quality video content
  • Maintaining Brand Aesthetics – Ensuring all visuals are on-brand, polished, and professional

Collaborating Across Teams – Supporting doctors, therapists, and management with visuals they need

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years working experience as a Graphic Designer & Videographer
  • Proficient in design and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite)
  • Creative eye and strong sense of aesthetics
  • Able to write and communicate in Mandarin (for XHS and Mandarin content)
  • Familiar with social media trends (local + Chinese platforms)
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
