**Job responsibilities**:

- Handling administrative requests such as processing daily Purchase Order, preparing shipping documents (Delivery Order / Invoices / Packing List)
- Liaise with Sales & Admin, Quality Control, Production, Warehousing and various department in HQ to achieve everyday production schedule and deliveries
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day office operations
- Provide timely information to customers on their order status
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system
- Maintain contact lists (external clients, in particular)

**Requirements and skills**:

- Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any related field or equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (Photocopy machines)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
