Junior General Administrator (Urgent hiring)

Salary Range: RM 2,000 – RM 2,800 (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and well-organized General Administrator to support the daily administrative, documentation, and operational needs of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while assisting the sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, receipts, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of all sales, client, and project documentation.
- Assist in project management by tracking documentation progress, deadlines, and client updates.
- Provide technical and administrative support to both the Sales and Operations teams as needed.
- Conduct occasional stock counting and maintain inventory records.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management when required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to assist other departments when needed.
- Own transportation is required.
- Preferably with 0–2 years of working experience in administration, documentation, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
