We are hiring
Sales Admin
to provide essential support to our expanding sales team. The ideal candidates are organized, meticulous, and proactive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is divided into two key functions, each managed by a dedicated team member:

1. Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including product details, pricing, and customer records.
  • Manage customer databases and ensure all information is properly recorded in internal systems.
  • Track sales performance and prepare timely, accurate monthly reports for management.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to enhance sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in
    SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
    .
  • High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
  • Independent, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

2. Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Head of Sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and company profiles.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and minutes.
  • Manage travel bookings and other administrative arrangements.
  • Act as a communication bridge within the sales team and with customers.
  • Handle email correspondence, customer inquiries, expense claims, and general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    Diploma qualification
    or equivalent.
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    .
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in
    English and Mandarin
    to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
