We are hiring
Sales Admin
to provide essential support to our expanding sales team. The ideal candidates are organized, meticulous, and proactive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is divided into two key functions, each managed by a dedicated team member:
1. Data Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including product details, pricing, and customer records.
- Manage customer databases and ensure all information is properly recorded in internal systems.
- Track sales performance and prepare timely, accurate monthly reports for management.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to enhance sales operations.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in
SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
. - High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
- Independent, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
2. Operations Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Head of Sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and company profiles.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and minutes.
- Manage travel bookings and other administrative arrangements.
- Act as a communication bridge within the sales team and with customers.
- Handle email correspondence, customer inquiries, expense claims, and general office duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum
Diploma qualification
or equivalent. - At least
3 years of experience
in administrative or secretarial roles. - Proficient in
Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in
English and Mandarin
to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
