Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries, processing orders, prepare quotation, tender document preparation & submission and maintaining accurate sales record.
- Maintaining detailed record and database to track sales activities and performance.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as Technical, Logistic and Finance, to ensure efficient end-to-end customer service..
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts and other documents.
- Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned.
- Assist to proceed order from e-commerce sales (Shopee, Lazada, etc)
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales administration or coordinator role.
- Candidate must possess with minimum Diploma certificate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- A proven track record in sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize or organize workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to write and speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina (Preferably).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
