*Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
*At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Excel, MS Word, Willing to explore & problem-solving skills
*Preferably Junior Executive specialized in or equivalent.
*Issue, receive, and process, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and others.
*To carry out general administrative tasks such as filling, and preparing memos, notices, letters, etc.
*Handle incoming calls, mail, courier, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
*Able to start work immediately would be an advantage or within short notice.
*Interested applicants please attach with resume, expected pay, and availability.
*Aged between 25 to 35 years old
